On behalf of Circulo Home, with registered office at Calle Corregidor Escofet 24, 1st floor, as importer/manufacturer with Tax ID No. ES40899249M, we declare under our sole responsibility that the product: Viscoelastic Lumbar Support Model: WD-0417, does not contain any substance included in the list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) published by ECHA, nor in Annex XIV, nor does it exceed 0.1% by weight. It also does not contain any restricted substances according to Annex XVII of the Regulation, in proportions exceeding the established limits.This declaration is issued under the sole responsibility of the Importer and Manufacturer, who is obligated to retain the technical documentation and any additional supporting documents for at least 10 years, and to provide the corresponding information in the event of an update to the SVHC list.

Recycling and Sustainability

At Circulo Home, we design products (Mikality®) to last, but also so that their end of life doesn't harm the planet. This product has been designed with an optimal lifespan of 4 years to guarantee maximum ergonomic support. Once this cycle is complete, we help you close the loop.

  • Viscoelastic Foam (core) How to recycle: Take it to a recycling center or bulky/chemical waste collection point. Circular Impact: The recovered foam is shredded to manufacture new acoustic insulation boards or infill for sports flooring. ⛔ NEVER: Throw it in the organic waste or general waste container.

  • Textile Cover: How to recycle: Place it in the textile recycling container (usually orange or managed by social organizations).

  • Circular Impact: Polyester can be mechanically recycled to create new textile fibers, avoiding the use of virgin petroleum.

  • Tip: Remove the label before placing it in the container, if possible, using scissors.

  • Buckles and Fasteners: How to recycle: Place in the yellow container (Packaging and Plastics). Circular Impact: As a pure thermoplastic, POM-C can be melted and reinjected.

  • Straps: Made of polymers (segmented polyurethane and polyester), their recycling is complex. They must be placed with the cover in the textile recycling bin. Circular Impact: They are mainly used for energy recovery or the manufacture of industrial insulating blankets.

  • Textile Bag (from the holder) How to Recycle: Place in the textile recycling bin. Remove the label before placing it in the bin. Plastic Packaging: (packaging) made of polyethylene (LDPE), place in the yellow recycling bin. Circular Impact: Your packaging will be turned into a new box or container in less than 60 days. Manual Leaflets: Place in the blue recycling bin. The cardboard is recyclable up to 7 times.

How can you contribute to the Circle?
1. Donation: If, after 4 years, the cushion is in good condition but no longer provides the support you need, please consider donating it before recycling.
2. Separation: The key to the circular economy is the proper separation of parts. Remove the buckles from the straps before discarding them.

Reciclaje y Sostenibilidad

En Círculo Home, diseñamos productos (Mikality ®) para que duren, pero también para que su final no sea un problema para el planeta. Este producto ha sido diseñado con una vida útil óptima de 4 años para garantizar el máximo soporte ergonómico. Una vez cumplido este ciclo, te ayudamos a cerrar el círculo.

  • Espuma Viscoelástica (núcleo) Cómo reciclar: Debe depositarse en un Punto Limpio o centro de recogida de residuos voluminosos/Químicos. Impacto Circular: La espuma recuperada se tritura para fabricar nuevas planchas de aislamiento acústico o rellenos para pavimentos deportivos.⛔ NUNCA: Lo tires al contenedor de basura orgánica o resto.

  • La funda de Textil: Cómo reciclar: Debe depositarse en el contenedor de textiles (normalmente de color naranja o gestionado por entidades sociales).

  • Impacto Circular: El poliéster se puede reciclar mecánicamente para crear nuevas fibras textiles, evitando el uso de petróleo virgen

  • Consejo: Retira la etiqueta antes de depositarla si es posible, con la ayuda de unas tijeras.

  • Hebillas y Cierres: Cómo reciclar: Depositar en el contenedor amarillo (Envases y plásticos). Impacto Circular: Al ser un termoplástico puro, el POM-C puede ser fundido y reinyectado

  • Correas: de polímeros (poliuretano segmentado y poliéster), su reciclaje es complejo. Debe ir junto con la funda al contenedor de textiles. Impacto Circular: Se utiliza principalmente para valorización energética o fabricación de mantas aislantes industriales.

  • Bolsa de Textil (del soporte) Cómo reciclar: Debe depositarse en el contenedor de textiles, Retirar la etiqueta antes de depositarla. Embalaje Plástico:(packaging) de polietileno (LDPE), depositar en el contenedor amarillo.Impacto Circular: Tu embalaje se convertirá en una nueva caja o envase en menos de 60 días. Folletos del Manual: depositar en el contenedor azul. El cartón es reciclable hasta 7 veces.

¿Cómo puedes colaborar en el Círculo?
1. Donación: Si tras los 4 años el cojín está en buen estado, pero ya no te ofrece el soporte que necesitas, considera donarlo antes de reciclarlo.
2. Separación: La clave de la economía circular es la correcta separación de las piezas. Desmonta las hebillas de las correas antes de desecharlas.
